Rustin L. Hall, AIA

Rustin provides leadership in the areas of quality control, project management and construction administration. With a strong commitment to exceptional client service, he seeks progressive solutions to project planning, design and management issues. This has been demonstrated through his involvement with projects such as the Central Spokane YMCA/YWCA, North Spokane YMCA/YWCA, six new aquatic facilities for the City of Spokane and the Martin Stadium Phase III Redevelopment for Washington State University.

As an advocate for youth development, Rustin has coached youth sports, administered youth programs and is an award-winning Cub Scout leader. He is Past President of the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce, a Corporate Board Member of the YMCA of the Inland Northwest, a Board Member of Greater Spokane Incorporated Board Member and also serves on the Spokane Fire Department Advisory& Appeals Board.

Rustin earned his Bachelor of Architecture in 1984 and Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 1985 from Washington State University.
