Rustin L. Hall, AIA Rustin provides leadership in the areas of quality control, project management and construction administration. With a strong commitment to exceptional client service, he seeks progressive solutions to project planning, design and management issues. This has been demonstrated through his involvement with projects such as the Spokane Valley YMCA, City of Richland Shops Complex and the Washington State University Indoor Practice Facility. As an advocate for youth development, Rustin coaches youth sports, administers youth programs and is an award-winning Cub Scout leader. He is on the Corporate Board of the Spokane Valley YMCA and serves on the Spokane Fire Department Advisory and Appeals Board. Rustin earned his Bachelor of Architecture in 1984 and Bachelor of Science in Construction Management in 1985 from Washington State University.
