John J. Manning, AIA John’s excellent communication skills include a unique ability to lead discussions and decision-making among multi-faceted client groups. He has a demonstrated expertise in orchestrating step-by-step consensus-building workshops, providing for open discussion among all participants. With over 30 years of professional experience, John has been involved with the planning and design of a variety of office, educational, library, retail and recreational facilities throughout the United States. His experience includes new and remodeled buildings for both public and private clients such as Coldwater Creek, Spokane County, the City of Spokane, Hewlett-Packard, Hecla Mining Company and Lydig Construction Company. John earned his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1971 and a Masters of Business Administration from Eastern Washington University in 1988.
