Jeffrey J. Warner, AIA
Jeff has successfully met the budget and schedule challenges presented by major projects throughout the Spokane area. These include Telects Headquarters at Liberty Lake, the Hospice of Spokanes Hospice House and Administration Building and the 12,000 seat Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena.
An effective communicator and team leader, Jeff is involved in a variety of civic and professional groups that influence the vitality of our City. He is a member of the Spokane Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Spokane Partnership and the Spokane Chapter of the American Institute of Architects.
Jeff is also past Board Chairman of the Downtown Spokane Business Improvement District (BID) and incoming Chairman of the Washington State University Interdisciplinary Design Institute Advisory Board.
Jeff earned his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Washington State University in 1979 with study at the University of Copenhagen.
He recently passed the newly updated 2.1 version of the LEED exam.
LEED accreditation is attained through the U.S. Green Building Council
(USGBC), an organization working to produce buildings that are environmentally responsible and performance proficient inside and out.
