Jeffrey J. Warner, AIA, LEED AP

Jeff has successfully met the budget and schedule challenges while providing innovative solutions for major projects throughout Eastern Washington. These include the Hospice of Spokane’s “Hospice House” Inland Power and Lights Corporate Headquarters and the 12,000 seat Spokane Veterans Memorial Arena.

An effective communicator and team leader, Jeff is involved in a variety of civic and professional groups that influence the vitality of our City. He is a member of the Spokane Chamber of Commerce, the Downtown Spokane Partnership and the Spokane Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. Jeff is also incoming Board Chairman of the Downtown Spokane Partnership and Past Chairman of the Washington State University Interdisciplinary Design Institute Advisory Board.

Jeff earned his Bachelor of Architecture Degree from Washington State University in 1979 with study at the University of Copenhagen. He is a LEED accredited professional and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), an organization working to produce buildings that are environmentally responsible and performance proficient inside and out.
