Lydig Construction's new headquarters facility is located on a 5-acre site in a light industrial and business zone of the Spokane Valley. The complex includes a two-story, 14,600 square foot office building and a 12,000 square foot maintenance and storage building, designed to contrast the surroundings and to focus on the views of Mica Peak.
The basic form of the office building is a high vaulted gabled space that is flooded with natural light. The majority of the spaces are inwardly focused, featuring a warm, lively and healthy environment.
