Coldwater Creek is a Sandpoint, Idaho based mail order, Internet and retail merchandiser of women’s apparel and household items. ALSC’s involvement with Coldwater Creek began with the design of their headquarters and distribution center. Construction was recently completed on a new customer service “call center” in Coeur d’Alene, and we are currently designing a fitness center for the Sandpoint campus. We have also designed more than 25 retail stores at locations throughout the United States. Each store is designed to capture the look and feel of the Coldwater Creek brand; focusing on natural finishes, ambient lighting, water features and a “browser-friendly” merchandising strategy.
