This 7,000 square foot branch and headquarters building is located on Nevada Street in North Spokane. The building houses PrimeSource Credit Union's main administrative offices and provides services to its primarily Northside member base. In designing this new facility, the traditional idea of a secure bank fortress was split through the middle with a highly transparent glass and aluminum lobby for members; creating a space that is central to the facility and to PrimeSource's business philosophy. The Teller section is oriented to serve both interior members and drive-through members approaching from the opposite side. A two-story administrative office area adjoins the lobby. The exterior features a combination of brick and prairie stone divided by a transparent glass and aluminum lobby structure. The large lobby wall is shaded by aluminum louvers on two sides.
