Steve Walther is a respected team leader and an expert in all phases of educational facility planning and design. He works closely with clients including Gonzaga University, Whitworth University and Central Valley School District to ensure the design process is efficient and stays on budget.
Steve caught the architecture bug in middle school during a career fair and never looked back; graduating with a Master of Architecture from Clemson University. As a Principal at ALSC, he is inspired by his exceptionally talented and equally humble co-workers.
During graduate school, Steve studied in Italy and it left an impression. The vibrant European country remains his favorite destination. Steve particularly appreciates the buildings designed by Alvar Aalto, whose instinctive use of light, space and materials create places that are engaging and memorable.
