As a recent graduate, Denise Tlatelpa has excitedly returned to the ALSC team with intentions to put her graphic horsepower, detail-oriented mentality, and hardworking skills to work as she contribute to ALSC Projects.
As a child Denise enjoyed drawing up graphical plans of her family members’ interiors, and sites. She gravitated towards architecture in high school. While taking engineering classes she wanted to learn more about the details of design. She received her Bachelor of Architecture Spring of 2021 at Washington Stature University; she later returned and received her Master of Architecture summer of 2022. Denise plans to continue her education and become a licensed architect.
One of Denise’s favorite architects is Tadao Ando, she wishes to travel to Japan one day and tour his projects; she appreciates his attention to detail and the strong simplistic expression each project has. On her free time, Denise enjoys being active while camping, playing soccer with friends, and visiting her parents back home in Sunnyside.
