Emily Ruiz is a talented designer with 11 years of experience specializing in healthcare and clinical design. Joining the ALSC team, she brings a passion for problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. Emily holds degrees in architecture and interior design, allowing her to contribute to both disciplines in her projects.

One of Emily's key strengths is her exceptional communication skills, which enable her to excel in planning, programming, and construction administration. She is known for her ability to work closely with clients, helping them uncover and address challenges they may not have even been aware of.

Emily's impressive portfolio includes the successful completion of the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery project located in Spokane. Her dedication to thorough planning and meticulous execution resulted in a facility that enhances the well-being of its users.

Outside of work, Emily finds joy in spending time with her husband and two children. They love traveling, particularly to the beautiful Oregon Coast and Mexico. Additionally, they cherish their summer weekends by the Coeur d’Alene River. Emily is also an avid animal lover, caring for her two dogs and a box turtle. She hopes to become more involved with local animal shelters, further demonstrating her compassionate nature.
