An existing 9,900 square foot building was remodeled to provide space for a new dental residency program.
The scope of work included constructing 19 dental operatories, a lab, and a sterilization area on the main floor.
The basement level is being remodeled to include a staff break room, mechanical space, and a mother’s room.
