Riverstone Transit Receives Merit Award

Riverstone Transit Center has received a Merit Award (under $5 million category) at the AIA Spokane 2021 design awards program. In addition, the project was voted "People's Choice" in the same category.
Located in Coeur d'Alene, the new Riverstone Transit Center brings the administrative staff and bus services for City Link and Paratransit to a central hub location to provide riders with a safe, clean and convenient experience.
The project includes a 2,500 square foot administrative building with amenities such as offices, driver break room, training room, dispatch and storage. The building structure includes outdoor public restrooms and a covered waiting shelter area for the riders. The site includes 80 parking stalls and future growth for flexible use or additional parking.
