Delivered under a design/build contract, the facility includes a spacious lobby and break-out public area, Great Hall / Exhibition Space that also serves as a Ball Room, over 12,000 square feet of meeting room space, full-service kitchen facilities, loading dock and warehouse-type storage.
The building design features a dramatic sweeping roof line covering the lobby space terminating at an impressive 40 foot entrance facade, reflecting the movement of water that is so prevalent and important in the Tri-Cities area. Angled wall components screen low-angled sun rays from the southwest while at the same time framing views to and from the exterior courtyard area linking the Convention Center to future development to the north.
