The new Urban Outfitters is located within Downtown Spokane's retail core at the corner of Main and Wall. The two story, 10,000 square foot building features a contemporary glass design and is connected at the second level to nearby River Park Square.
ALSC was hired by the Owner to design a building for Urban Outfitters to lease. We worked closely with Urban Outfitters to meet their program needs while designing a building that met the Owner’s budget requirements.
Spokane Teachers Credit Union (STCU) and Rocket Bakery leased the northern portion of the building.
