Matthew Halstead

Matthew Halstead supports the Healthcare team with design development and production, focusing on documentation quality and coordination. He works alongside project teams to develop drawings, integrate consultant information, and help ensure deliverables are consistent and well resolved. Matthew holds a B.A. in Interdisciplinary Visual Arts from the University of Washington, with a Minor in Architecture, and a Master of Architecture from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. He brings broad building-type experience and a commitment to continued development as a designer, with goals of taking on greater project responsibilities and pursuing architectural licensure.

Ksenia Gogoleva

As an Interior Designer at ALSC Architects, Ksenia Gogoleva supports projects by shaping interior space planning and the overall look and feel of environments—ensuring the interiors are both highly functional and thoughtfully detailed. She coordinates finish palettes and FF&E direction, develops documentation that aligns with design intent, and works closely with architects, consultants, and clients to keep interior decisions clear and buildable. Ksenia earned a B.A. in Industrial Design from Izhevsk State Technical University (Russia) and brings a multinational design perspective informed by hands-on, design-build collaboration and high-end residential work.

Rob Stoicheff

As an Architect at ALSC Architects, Rob brings 30 years of experience designing, coordinating, and detailing residential, commercial, and public projects throughout the region—from car dealerships and lake homes to the Gozzer Ranch Clubhouse and the Coeur d’Alene Public Library. His primary focus has been educational facilities, helping plan and design many of the schools serving Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, Spokane, and the Tri-Cities. Rob earned a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Idaho and is valued for developing design concepts, producing high-quality construction documents, coordinating consultants, and managing projects through clear, direct communication with clients and project teams.
