Aquatic Center Renovation, Whitworth University

The Whitworth Aquatic Center suffered from a lack of daylighting into the building and the unwelcome smell of chlorine. This renovation was designed to address those concerns by improving the mechanical system and installing floor-to ceiling windows to allow natural light into the building.

The JBLM-Lewis Main Exchange Addition and Modernization consists of adding 120,000 SF of retail space to an existing 180,000 SF facility. Goals included creating facilities to meet the needs of the service personnel  housed on Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) and updating the site layout and building to meet current UFC Anti-Terrorism and Forced Protection (AT/FP) requirements.

Joe Albi Stadium Renovation, Spokane Public Schools

Owned by Spokane Public Schools, Joe Albi Stadium required renovation to provide a more intimate spectator experience for high school sports. The plan wasto reduce the overall seating count from 25,000+ to 5,000 seats, right-sizing the facility for the School District’s use.

The Cove Family Aquatics Center - Sunriver, Oregon

After several years of operating Sunriver Resort’s existing outdoor pool facility with high user rates during the summer months, a year-round facility was recognized to be a key addition to providing guests the desired aquatic accommodations and experience year-round. This expansion adds 10,700 square feet of indoor space housing a recreational pool, spa, and water tower slide with plunge pool.
